Open calls for our rolling issues and for guest-edited special issues.
General submissions
Lips Nexora publishes on a rolling basis: there is no submission window and no waiting for an issue to open. Manuscripts are screened within days, sent to double-blind peer review, and published as soon as they are ready — assigned to the current issue automatically.
Special issues
No special issues are currently open. Proposals from prospective guest editors are welcome — write to [email protected].
Proposing a special issue
We welcome proposals from researchers who would like to guest-edit a themed issue. A proposal should set out the topic and why it is timely, the intended scope, the guest editors and their relevant expertise, and an indicative timeline. Guest editors handle the editorial assessment of submissions to their issue; all peer review runs through the journal’s standard double-blind process, and final decisions rest with the Editor-in-Chief.
